You can easily move to the sales screen and enter a sale. ezBooks uses a unique 'tentative' recording method for sales and purchases so that you can treat the screen as a memo until the sale is invoiced. Only at that stage does it become incorporated in your accounting records.

Invoices, complying with the GST rules can be produced at the click of a button and on plain paper. If you want, cheques can be printed at the click of a button but security paper is required for this one function.

ezBooks can operate virtually any number of bank accounts but designed for the small business it is not set up for multi user, or multi currency applications. Typically, it is loaded on and used on one PC. Of course, it can be accessed from any other PC on a common network.
